Great day today - slick calm and active fish. Took the flats boat to the cape to look for albies - found good pods of 3-6lbrs busting 4" silversides. Worked them good for about 90mins before moving over to the reds. John did great with the reds on topwater - again, following several back-to-back days [...]

I had a great time with Susan and Chris today - pretty weather and great drum fishing. We had hoped to catch some flounder, but my usually reliable places just did not product at all. However, we hit the marsh and found 2 large schools very quickly. We got a ton of hits on topwater [...]

Decent topwater bite friday morning - got several, missed several and saw a small schoolm had a great time with Steve and Mac - decent day by 2011 drum standards. Hopefully the drum will stick around for sat too.

Very nice day - cloudy in the morning. Sunny and very calm in the evening - water is green and clear with just a small swell rolling in. The morning gave us good spanish mackerel casting. We tried for sharks but they were a no show. We had a great time in the afternoon - [...]
