Today was just one of those days – bait was everywhere but the predators were no where to be found. The goal of the day was to put Hank and Wade on fish – lots of them. But, for just about the first time this year my pet bluefish and spanish were nowhere to be found.
However, we made up for quantity through quality – we had 2hrs of great false albacore fish. 3-5lb albies on big silversides. We got a bunch of bites and both boys got to land a few!
This report is just a reminder that the fish don’t bite everyday – even when they were great yesterday.
